No Domestic Water
193 Golden Road located in Okanogan County Washington State "had" access to domestic water from a neighbor under a license agreement for 11 years. That agreement was terminated in the fall of 2021.
In Washington state domestic well placement and septic tank/field placement have minimum setup back or distance requirements from each other.
Per WAC 173-160-171 (3) (b) (v) "one hundred feet from all other sources or potential sources of contamination..." i.e. a septic drain field is a source of or potential source of contamination, as well as fertilizers, pesticides and chemicals. 193 Golden Rd. is surrounded by commercial agricultural lands, using fertilizers, pesticides and chemicals. These agricultural lands have been farmed since the late 1940's.
Any potential domestic water well placement will require a 100 feet or more distance from any potential source of contamination
New domestic water wells in Okanogan County run approx $120/foot to drill, plus $1,000 for a move-in cost.
