Extensive Roof Damage
The extensive roof damage began with a wind storm Oct. 2019. An insurance claim was filed immediately. When the insurance check was issued the bank took the signed check and "pocketed" it, meaning they kept it. After 5.5 years, the "Bank", has failed to repaired the roof; nor has the "Bank" minimized, or mitigated, the continuing roof damage. Which has resulted in the interior water damage to the house.
All references to the "Bank" on this site are inclusive of all of the entities working for the "Banks" thru 2nd, 3rd and 4th level relationships, as well as previous Bank owners of the loan.
