Irrigation Water no longer available

Currently 193 Golden Road is in the Oroville-Tonasket Irrigation District (OTID) and pays approximately $320.00 per year in taxes.   The irrigation tap is located on neighboring property, was never connected to the house, nor was an easement completed to allow installation of water lines from the irrigation tap across the neighboring property to the 193 property.  The exterior (yard/garden) water was dis-continued in 2021.

The surrounding commercial agricultural lands "has not" and "will not" supply OTID water to the property.
