No Water Rights

193 Golden Rd has had four (4) different water sources over the last 112 years, with three (3) of them located on the agricultural property that surrounds the house, and none of them located on the property that the house sits on.
Over the years as the agricultural property, where water was located, was sold away from the house property, and the "Water Rights" were not exempted from those agricultural property sales, i.e. the water rights stayed with the agricultural property.
193 Golden Road located in Okanogan County Washington State used water from a neighbor under a license agreement for 11 years. That agreement was terminated in the fall of 2021.
