The 30 year old windows are a bit leaky, some don't close or lock. After 30 years the gas has leaked out, not so energy efficient any more.

The foundation probably should be inspected closely by a licensed and "qualified" foundation inspection company.
The cracks that appeared inside the house from settling were filled in and painted.
