In Washington State an easement cannot be obstructed in any manner, i.e.  no fences, walls, drop-offs, etc.  

There are  recorded easements for the following areas:  

• The Yellow Area - Is a recorded easement for Residential Ingress and Egress for the Orchard Cabin. 

• The Bright Green Area - Is a recorded  Agricultural  & Irrigation easement.  This easement allows for Agricultural Ingress & Egress, crossing, and water line maintenance.  Only a smooth grade transition from one property to the other is allowed.

• The green area with diagonal lines is the  only legal and available access to this property.
