Black mold is visible on the carpet and the ceiling. HOWEVER, what is not visible is the mold that is most certainly growing in the insulation above this room, in the whole attic area and attic insulation. The mold has been visible thru the window for over 2 years.

The ceiling in the back of the living room area has visible water damage, as well as the circa 1970's carpet below the leak.
