Unfortunately this pic had to be taken from the outside of the house through a window.
Water stains can be seen on half of the carpeted floor. A three foot by three foot (3' x 3') section of the ceiling is laying on the carpet; and that piece of ceiling is showing black mold.
Mold can now be seen growing in the newspaper laying on the carpet.

The ceiling in this room shows water stains though one half of the ceiling and it is apparent that at least half of the ceiling is sagging.
This is the gaping hole in the ceiling where the insulation is hanging and black mold can be seen on the edges of the hole.
The ceiling in the back of the living room area has visible water damage, as well as the circa 1970's carpet below the leak.
The ceiling in the area where it is leaking is "lathe and plaster" with lead paint.
The area under the living room has a finished ceiling and quite possibly has water damage as well.
This is another moldy/damaged area in the Living room floor.
